Privacy Policy
Operator: Invoicz (invoicz.com). Contact: contact@invoicz.com.
1. Summary
We built Invoicz to need as little of your data as possible. The content you type into a document (names, addresses, amounts) is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.
2. What we do not collect
We do not require an account. We do not upload or store the documents you create. We do not sell personal information.
3. What stays on your device
The form is not saved between visits. The only things kept in your browser’s local storage are your language and theme choice and, after you download or print a document, an entry in your History list (the text, without the logo). This stays on your device and you can delete entries on the History page or clear your browser data.
4. Information we receive automatically
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate page-view and performance statistics without cookies and without tracking you across sites. If you press Accept in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies on your device and sends Google page views and general technical data (such as browser, device type and approximate location). We turn off Google signals and ad personalization for Analytics, and never send the content of your documents. If you press Decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Advertising
The site is supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent first. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
6. Third-party links
Pages may link to other sites. Their privacy policies apply there.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or some US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email contact@invoicz.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.
8. Retention
We keep server and analytics logs only as long as our providers retain them. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to respond and for record keeping.
9. Children
Invoicz is for business use and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in several countries. We rely on their published safeguards.
11. Changes
We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
